States & Areas With Shipping Restrictions

We currently cannot ship to the following locations due to state or local laws restricting the sale or shipment of flavored or disposable vape products:

🔴 Cannot Ship — Full Restriction

Massachusetts — All flavored tobacco and vape products are banned statewide. We cannot ship any flavored disposable vapes to Massachusetts addresses.

New Jersey — Flavored vape products are restricted. Limited unflavored options may be available. Contact us before ordering.

Rhode Island — Flavored e-cigarette products banned statewide.

🟡 Partial Restrictions — Certain Areas

California — Proposition 31 bans the sale of most flavored tobacco products statewide. San Francisco has additional local restrictions. We cannot ship flavored disposables to California addresses.

New York — Flavored e-cigarette products are banned statewide. Only tobacco and menthol flavors may be available for NY addresses.

Colorado (Denver) — City of Denver restricts flavored vape products. Shipping to Denver addresses may be restricted.

Illinois (Chicago) — City of Chicago has local flavor restrictions. Contact us before ordering to a Chicago address.

Washington DC — Flavored vape products are restricted. Contact us before ordering.

✅ No Known Restrictions — Ships Normally

All other US states currently receive normal shipment of our full product lineup including all Geek Bar, OXBAR, RAZ RYL, and other disposable vape products — subject to change as state laws evolve.
